Description
The Vozol Rave 40000 Comes With Party Lights – But Honestly, the Dual Modes Are the Real Show
Vozol Rave 40000 comes with a 1.2-inch touchscreen on the front that shows the current mode, battery level, and puff count. It also supports Normal and Surge dual-mode switching. The touchscreen makes operation more straightforward—adjusting modes or checking remaining battery doesn’t require complex button combinations. These features do make a difference in daily use, which is one of the reasons FlameVape decided to stock this product. Normal Mode delivers steady output and prioritizes battery life, offering approximately 40,000 puffs. Surge Mode provides stronger output with more vapor and richer flavor per puff, but total puffs drop to about 25,000. The two modes cover different scenarios: Normal Mode is sufficient for workdays, and switching to Surge Mode gives you a more satisfying draw when you’re relaxing. Vozol Rave 40000 is powered by a dual mesh coil system and two MCU chips, with S.i.L.C technology managing 5–12W output. It comes with 18ml of pre-filled e-liquid, a Type-C charging port, and supports both DL (Direct-to-Lung) and MTL (Mouth-to-Lung) airflow styles. The body is made of polycarbonate and aluminum alloy. Nicotine strength is available at 5% (50mg/ml) . How the Dual Modes Work
The difference between Normal Mode and Surge Mode is noticeable in daily use: Normal Mode: Output stays steady, with battery life as the priority. Vozol Rave 40000 delivers approximately 40,000 puffs in this mode. If you don’t vape frequently or mainly use it during the day, this mode should be enough. Surge Mode: Output power increases, giving you more vapor and fuller flavor per puff, but total puffs drop to about 25,000. When you want a more satisfying draw during downtime, switching to Surge Mode is a good option. Both modes share the same 18ml e-liquid reservoir and dual mesh coil system—switching doesn’t require changing any parts. Touchscreen and Lighting
The 1.2-inch touchscreen displays three things: Current mode (Normal / Surge) Battery level Puff count used These three pieces of information cover what users most often want to check during daily use. No more guessing how much battery is left or realizing too late that the e-liquid has run out—a quick glance at the screen tells you the device status. The RGB-LED light strip on the side supports Party Mode, where the lights change dynamically with each draw. This adds a bit of visual feedback and interaction to the experience, without affecting core device performance. Airflow Adjustment
Vozol Rave 40000 comes with an adjustable airflow system that lets you switch between DL (Direct-to-Lung) and MTL (Mouth-to-Lung) styles: MTL (Mouth-to-Lung): Higher draw resistance, closer to the feel of a traditional cigarette DL (Direct-to-Lung): More open airflow, producing more vapor Adjustment is done through the airflow switch on the device—no additional accessories needed.
