Built-in accidental touch protection keeps the screen locked during standby, preventing unwanted changes while carrying the device. Dual-Mesh Pods for Clearer Flavour
The Novo 6 Ultra supports advanced pod options designed to maximise flavour clarity and vapour efficiency. Dual-mesh and single-mesh configurations provide faster ramp-up and even heat distribution up to 3x. The vertical dual-meshed coil architecture increases heating surface area, improving e-liquid vaporisation. This results in 3x richer flavour, 2x smoother draws, and reduced coil stress. Enhanced efficiency also helps extend pod lifespan while maintaining consistent performance across refills. Here are compatible resistances; Dual Mesh 0.4Ω 2ml
Single Mesh 0.8Ω (2ml)
Single Mesh 0.6Ω/ Best at 18W (2ml)
Single Mesh 0.7Ω (2ml) Leak-Resistant Pod Protection
The Novo 6 Ultra adopts an optimized pod base, which is integrated with extra cotton for oil absorption and featuring a high quality silicone seal. This high level interior structure tightly controls leakages of e-liquid, thus preventing flooding inside the pod. By reducing the build-up of condensation, it can prolong use when connecting with your pods. The sealed construction also minimizes leaks during daily carrying. Finally, the outcome is a smooth and steady vapour output assuring hassle free yet reliable vaping. Vaping Insights & Puff Tracking
The Novo 6 Ultra supports mindful vaping with real time puff tracking on device interface. It tracks daily puff total and gives reminders when getting closer to a pre-set consumption. The device will also retain a comprehensive log of your puffs for a maximum of 7 days. These realizations aid users in managing their usage while maximizing performance. It provides stable performance all day and has constant power output to ensure controlled puffs. Customisable Output Curves
On the Novo 6 Ultra, there are three special output curves for adjusting to personal favour. Each mode automatically adjusts to produce vape, requiring no manual adjusting of wattage and ensuring you always get the same great performance. Norm Mode will determine an intermediate output to stabilise flavour and daily vaping. Smooth Mode weakens the power curve for a more mellow draw when using nicotine salts and easy pulling. Boost Mode delivers more power to the coil for denser vapour and more flavour. Massive 1700mAh Battery
Fueled by an internal 1700mAh battery, the Novo 6 Ultra is engineered for prolonged all day vaping. One complete charge offers up to 5 days of vaping (please note that this may vary depending on how often the vape frequents. USB-C fast charging gives a full charge of the device in around 45 minutes. Built-in safety features protect against overheating, overcharging and short-circuiting. This means consistent output, longer battery life and solid performance all day long. Compatible With Smok Novo 5 Pods
Fully compatible with the Smok Novo 5 Pod platform having resistance range of 0.4Ω / 0.8Ω. The Novo 6 Ultra offers flexibility across resistances and e-liquid types. These refillable pods use high-quality cotton and silicone sealing to ensure leak resistance and consistent flavour across refills. Suitable for both 50/50 nic salts and higher VG e-liquids. Refilling the Smok novo 5 is simple and hassle-free. Here’s the method to easily use; Unbox both the device and pod, and confirm that the battery is entirely charged.
To reach the refill port, gently raise and remove the pod’s top cap.
Firmly insert the nozzle of your e-liquid bottle into the spring-loaded filling port. The spring bolt immediately unlocks when you apply pressure, activating the silica gel.
The silica gel returns to its initial position when the pod is filled with up to 1.75 millilitres of e-liquid, and the spring bolt mechanically locks to securely close the pod.
Make sure the pod’s top cap fits properly by carefully replacing it.
Wait 2-3 minutes before vaping to let the e-liquid completely saturate the coil. A Guide to Troubleshooting Vaping Problems and Solutions FAQs – SMOK NOVO 6 Pod System What is the spring-loaded top-fill system on the NOVO 6 Ultra?
The spring-loaded top-fill system opens only when an e-liquid nozzle is pressed in. This activates the internal spring and unlocks the filling port. It helps prevent leaks and accidental spills during refilling. How is the Smok Novo 6 Ultra top-fill different from regular top-fill pods?
Unlike standard open fill ports, the device automatically locks when pressure is released. This reduces condensation and e-liquid seepage. It keeps the pod sealed and clean during daily use. Why does the NOVO 6 by Smok use oil-absorbing cotton in the pod base?
The extra oil-absorbing cotton controls excess e-liquid inside the pod. It reduces flooding and improves vapour consistency. This design helps maintain clean, accurate flavour over time. How does the NOVO 6 deliver better flavour than earlier NOVO devices?
The NOVO 6 uses the advanced NOVO 5 Pod Series with improved airflow and meshed coils. This allows faster heating and even e-liquid vaporisation. The result is smoother draws and clearer flavour. What happens if I inhale immediately after refilling the pod?
Inhaling too soon can cause dry hits because the coil may not be fully saturated. Waiting 2–3 minutes allows the e-liquid to soak into the cotton properly. This protects the coil and improves flavour. Does the automatic locking system really help prevent leaks?
Yes, the spring bolt locks the fill port when the pressure is released. Combined with the silicone seal, it keeps condensate inside the pod. This makes the NOVO 6 more leak-resistant than standard pod systems.
