What e-liquid can I use with this kit? The 0.8 ohm Z coil is ideal for use with VG:PG ratios in the region of 50:50 to 60:40. The 0.3 ohm coil is best for use with VG:PG ratios in the region of 70:30 to 80:20. How long does the coil last? Coil life depends on many factors, including how long you puff for, the e-liquid you use and the wattage you use your coil at. Higher resistance coils such as the 0.8 ohm Z coil, which are used at lower wattages, last longer than lower resistance coils.
