How long does the battery last?
The 400mAh pen battery typically lasts a full day for moderate users. The included 1450mAh power bank can recharge the pen up to three times, extending total use time over several days. Can I use the vape pen while it’s charging?
Yes. The pen supports pass-through charging when docked in the power bank, so you can vape while it recharges. Are the pods compatible with other brands?
No, the KIWI 1 Starter Kit is designed to work exclusively with Kiwi pods for optimal performance and fit. What type of e-liquid should I use?
Use e-liquids with a 50/50 VG/PG ratio. Both nic salt and freebase nicotine e-liquids are compatible. How do I refill the pod?
Open the side rubber stopper on the pod to access the fill port. Fill with your preferred e-liquid, close securely, and you’re ready to go.
