The Elux Legend 5000 is a disposable vape from Elux, a manufacturer known for its Legend line of pre-filled devices and matching nicotine-salt e-liquids. This model sits in the higher-capacity end of that line, pairing a 10 ml reservoir with a mesh coil in a slim, pocket-sized shell. If you later prefer a refillable route, the same flavour family is available in the Elux Legend Nic Salts sold separately at Vape Wizard. How does the Elux Legend 5000 work?
The Elux Legend 5000 is draw-activated, so there is no button or setup. You inhale on the mouthpiece and the mesh coil heats the pre-filled salt e-liquid into vapour. The draw is tuned for mouth-to-lung (MTL) vaping — a tighter, cigarette-style inhale rather than a big direct-lung cloud. Battery and lifespan
The Elux Legend 5000 carries a 1500 mAh built-in battery sized to run the device through its 10 ml of e-liquid. Whether this unit can be recharged is not confirmed by the manufacturer [[CONFIRM]]; the closely matching 1500 mAh Legend hardware is generally sold as a single-use, non-rechargeable device, so treat it as single-use unless the packaging shows a charging port. When either the liquid or the battery is spent, the Elux Legend 5000 is finished and should be replaced. How long does 5000 puffs last?
Treat 5000 as a ceiling, not a guarantee. Headline puff counts are measured with very short, standardized machine puffs; longer or harder real-world draws pull more e-liquid and end sooner. The same 10 ml / 1500 mAh Elux Legend hardware is marketed elsewhere at around 3500 puffs, so a realistic figure for the Elux Legend 5000 may land below the printed number [[CONFIRM]]. For a moderate user, a 10 ml device of this type typically covers several days to about a week. Is the Elux Legend 5000 legal and compliant in the UAE?
Vaping has been legal in the UAE since April 2019. Since July 2020, electronic nicotine products are certified by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) through the Emirates Conformity Assessment Scheme (ECAS) and must meet standard UAE.S 5030:2018. Sale is restricted to adults 18+ under Federal Law No. 15 of 2009, and online buyers must verify age with an Emirates ID or passport. UAE retail e-liquid is capped at 20 mg/ml (2%). The 20 mg Elux Legend 5000 sits at that cap. The 50 mg (5%) option is above the retail cap, so certification can vary by SKU and formulation — check for the physical ECAS/MoIAT conformity mark on your unit before use, and see the UAE government portal u.ae and our Age Restriction / Disclaimer page for current rules. Dubai Municipality also restricts vaping in many parks and beaches, and vaping in a vehicle with a child present is an offence. How to buy the Elux Legend 5000 in the UAE

How to use the Elux Legend 5000
1Remove the Elux Legend 5000 from its packaging and take off any mouthpiece cap or sticker.2Inhale gently on the mouthpiece — the device is draw-activated and fires automatically. No buttons.3Use a slow, mouth-to-lung draw for the smoothest flavour; short breaks between puffs prevent the coil from overheating.4Store it upright at room temperature, away from direct sun and heat.5When flavour fades and vapour thins, the device is empty — dispose of it responsibly (see below) and replace. Where to recycle or dispose of the Elux Legend 5000 in the UAE
A used Elux Legend 5000 contains a lithium battery and should not go in general household waste where avoidable. Never puncture, crush, or burn the battery — damaged lithium cells can catch fire. Take spent devices to an electronic-waste (e-waste) collection point; several UAE municipalities and retailers run battery and small-electronics drop-off bins. Keep used and unused devices out of reach of children and pets. Elux Legend 5000: pros and cons

How many puffs does the Elux Legend 5000 really deliver?
Up to 5000 puffs is the supplier’s headline figure, measured with short, standardised lab puffs. The same 10ml, 1500mAh hardware is sold elsewhere at around 3500 puffs, so the true count for the Elux Legend 5000 likely sits below the number printed on the box. What nicotine strengths does it come in?
The Elux Legend 5000 is available in two salt-nicotine strengths: 20mg (2%) and 50mg (5%). The 20mg option matches the UAE’s 20mg/ml retail cap, while the 50mg option is above it, so check your unit’s ECAS/MoIAT conformity mark before buying or using it. Is the Elux Legend 5000 refillable or rechargeable?
It is a sealed, pre-filled disposable and is not refillable. Whether it can be recharged is not confirmed by the manufacturer; the matching Legend hardware is usually single-use, so treat it as non-rechargeable unless your packaging shows a charging port. How long does one device last?
With its 10ml e-liquid capacity, a moderate user typically gets several days to about a week from one Elux Legend 5000, depending on how often and how hard you draw on the mouthpiece throughout the day. What does MTL mean, and is this an MTL device?
MTL stands for mouth-to-lung — a tighter, cigarette-style inhale where vapour is held briefly in the mouth before being drawn into the lungs. Yes, the Elux Legend 5000’s mesh coil and draw are specifically tuned for this MTL vaping style. How do I know when it’s empty?
Flavour becomes muted and vapour thins noticeably as the Elux Legend 5000’s 10ml of e-liquid runs low. Once draws taste weak or burnt, the device has reached the end of its life and should be replaced rather than pushed further. How do I check my Elux Legend 5000 is authentic?
Genuine Elux Legend 5000 units carry a verification or scratch-off code from Elux on the packaging that you can check on the manufacturer’s site, plus the required ECAS/MoIAT regulatory markings. Buying from an established UAE retailer such as Vape Wizard is the simplest safeguard against counterfeits. Can the Elux Legend 5000 leak?
The Elux Legend 5000’s sealed design is leak-resistant, but any e-liquid device can weep if left in heat or carried loose under pressure. Store it upright, out of direct sun, and avoid extreme temperatures such as a hot car to reduce the risk. Is it legal across the UAE?
Regulated vaping products are legal to sell to adults 18+ nationwide under MoIAT/ECAS certification and Federal Law No. 15 of 2009. Public-use rules vary locally — Dubai restricts vaping in many parks and beaches, and vaping near a child in a vehicle is an offence. What are the health and legal risks?
The e-liquid contains nicotine, which is addictive; vaping is intended only for existing adult smokers and is not risk-free. Legally, buyers must be 18+, and using a 50 mg device that exceeds the retail cap or vaping where it is restricted can carry penalties. Can tourists buy or bring one into the UAE?
Yes. Adults aged 18 and over can buy the Elux Legend 5000 locally, and tourists may bring devices and e-liquid for personal use into the UAE within customs limits, provided they are ECAS-certified and declared at customs if asked. How is it delivered, and can I return it?
Standard delivery across the UAE is AED 30, free on orders over AED 350, with same-day delivery possible in Dubai. If your Elux Legend 5000 arrives defective, wrong, or damaged, you can return it unused and in its original packaging within 1 day of delivery — see our Shipping Policy for full details. How do I dispose of it in the UAE?
Once the Elux Legend 5000’s e-liquid or battery is spent, take the used device to an e-waste or battery collection point rather than the household bin. Never puncture, crush, or burn it, and keep it away from children and pets. Regulatory references: UAE.S 5030:2018 (Electronic Nicotine Products); MoIAT / ECAS certification (moiat.gov.ae); Federal Law No. 15 of 2009 on Tobacco Control. Rules change periodically — verify current requirements before purchase.
